🔹 What You’ll Do

Install, service, and troubleshoot security systems, cameras, access control, fire systems, and smart-home devices

Provide exceptional customer service during on-site appointments

Educate customers on system use, app features, and best practices

Work independently and as part of a supportive field team

Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety and quality standards
🔹 What You Bring

Technical aptitude — experience with low-voltage, wiring, or security systems is a bonus
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to work on ladders, in attics, and in various environments

A clean driving record and valid Florida driver’s license

Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn

Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screen
